In order to register for our email newsletter service (ordering e-books, or registering for online presentations), we need you to provide us both your consent and the email address to which we will send the newsletter. No other data fields are mandatory, and are used to address you personally, to tailor the newsletter’s content to meet your individual needs, as well as to respond to any requests you send us using your email address. It is your decision whether you provide us with this data or not. However, we will only be able to send you our newsletter if you provide us with this data.
For the duration of your subscription to the newsletter, your email address will be used for some advertising purposes. You can choose to unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of the newsletter.
b) Contact form
If you take the opportunity to send us a request via our contact form, we will ask you to provide us with your first name and surname, your business and your email address or telephone number. You can write your personal message in the message field.
It is up to you whether you provide us with this data or not.
c) Advertising and market research
If you consent to advertising and market research data usage, we will not only use your personal data to process your individual service requests, but also to offer you a website designed to meet your personal needs as well as to take the opportunity to inform you about interesting new developments and tips about our business or our range of products and services based on the data you provide us via post or email (in the form of our newsletter). We also use your data for market research purposes.
On a technical level, this means it is necessary to collate the data you provide us in the form of a user profile and evaluate them for the abovementioned purposes. This is an internal procedure, exclusively for the abovementioned purposes.

4. Social Media
You will also find social media buttons on our web pages. The buttons on our website are not plug-ins. There is an external link on the buttons to our page on the relevant social media platform. 5. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). 7. Getresponse (email service)
We use GetResponse to send you emails and our newsletter. GetResponse is operated by GetResponse Sp. z o.o., located in Gdansk, Poland, uplink Arkonska 6, A3, 80-387 Gdansk.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, order an e-book or audio book, or sign up for the online presentation, the registration data you provide is sent to GetResponse and gets saved there. After you sign up, you will receive an email from GetResponse to confirm your registration (“double opt in”). GetReponse offers a wide range of ways to analyze how emails and the newsletter are opened and used. GetResponse also uses the analytical tool Google Analytics, and integrates it into the newsletter. 8. Our security measures for protecting the data we save
We are committed to protecting your privacy and to treating your data confidentially. In order to avoid the data we save getting lost or abused, we implement technical and administrative security precautions that are checked and updated on a regular basis. 10. Your rights regarding the personal data that we save
We will only save your personal information for as long as is legally authorized. This saved personal data is deleted when the user withdraws his or her consent or when knowing this information no longer serves a purpose, particularly in cases where the user account gets deleted or when saving the data is not permissible due to legal reasons.
At your request, we are happy to share with you which type of personal data we have saved. If, despite all our efforts to obtain data that is correct and up-to-date, we have saved information that is incorrect, we will not hesitate to amend it.
